ClueX is a fictional detective and mystery game designed for entertainment. By using ClueX, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About ClueX

ClueX is a detective mystery game in which players investigate fictional cases, examine clues, explore simulated phone content, answer questions, make deductions, earn XP, and progress through detective ranks.

The App may contain fictional or simulated:

• Social-media-style content
• Phone screens
• Characters
• Conversations
• Locations
• Evidence
• Case information

These elements are part of the fictional gameplay experience.

ClueX does not provide access to private information stored on your real device.

2. No Account or Login Required

ClueX does not require users to create an account or log in.

The App does not require you to provide your:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Username
• Password
• Social-media account
• Google account
• Apple account

to use the core gameplay.

ClueX does not maintain a traditional user account system.

3. Information We May Collect

Although ClueX does not require account registration, certain technical and gameplay-related information may be processed automatically through the technologies used to operate and improve the App.

ClueX uses Google Firebase services for certain app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, or technical operations.

Depending on the Firebase services enabled in the App, Firebase may process information such as:

ClueX uses RevenueCat to help manage and track in-app purchases and subscription-related information, where applicable.

ClueX may contain simulated phone environments as part of its detective cases.

This content is created for gameplay.

ClueX does not access, read, copy, upload, or extract equivalent private information from your real device simply because similar content appears inside the game.

For example, a fictional message screen in ClueX does not give ClueX access to your real SMS or messaging applications.

8. Device Permissions

ClueX is designed to provide its core gameplay without accessing your private device content.

ClueX does not intentionally access:

• Real SMS messages
• Private messaging conversations
• Personal photos
• Real contacts
• Call history
• Private emails
• Private files
• Real browsing history

unless a future feature specifically requires such access and the appropriate permission and disclosure are provided.

9. How We Use Information

Information processed through ClueX, Firebase, RevenueCat, or other necessary service providers may be used to:

• Provide gameplay functionality

• Maintain game progress
• Provide XP and detective ranks

13. Data Deletion

ClueX does not require users to create an account.

Therefore, there is generally no ClueX account that needs to be deleted.

You may remove locally stored gameplay data by:

• Uninstalling ClueX;
• Clearing the App's data through your device settings, where available; or
• Using an available in-app data-reset option.
